Went here on a recommendation of my nail stylist (Jessica) and was totally pleased and happy I listened to her! My eyebrows are a very odd shape because the far ends basically "dip" down and hair doesn't grow correctly. So, needless to say, my eyebrows are a bit difficult. And when they grow out, it's more weird because they're thick. The lady took the time to look them over and asked if I wanted them shaped or just cleaned up-- surprisingly I've never been asked that. I said shaped and was very happy with the outcome. She did an amazing job. I don't remember her name but she's 30's or so with black hair. Love them!
