This urgent care was recommended to me by someone I work with. I went there one Monday in the early afternoon and was very upset with how bad the service was. The woman at the front desk was so rude and kept snapping at anyone who asked her any questions. She told me the price I would pay for my visit and said I would not be billed for any other charges since I paid the cash price. The only friendly person in the whole place was the PA I saw. After all of that, I received a bill for $799 from the urgent care. I have tried to call the billing number so many times and can't get anyone to answer the phone. When I called the location I visited they said there was nothing they could do and referred me to the same phone number I had been calling. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
