This review is on behalf of my mother who is an older woman. After decades of wearing Wonderbra she finally decided it was time to treat herself to something nicer. SFYS was recommended to her by a co-worker. My mom made an appointment for a fitting and all went well that day until it was time to pay. She had just gotten a new credit card and she couldn't remember the chip number, so unfortunately she had to leave the bra behind. She returned the next day to purchase the bra and the saleswoman recognized her and brought out the bra she tried on the day before. My mother wasn't too sure it was the same bra and said she wanted to try it on before buying. They wouldn't let her!! The saleswoman became rude and said my mom needed an appointment to try on the bra because the fitting rooms were full and she guaranteed it was the exact same bra. So my mom trusted her and bought it. Surprise surprise my mom discovered it was the wrong size when she tried it on at home. Days later she brought it back to the store and the staff gave her heck for trying to exchange it for the right size. They told her she should have tried it on before buying. WTF?!? Seriously?? This is no way to treat a customer.
