I've been here three times and have waited about an hour each time. I show up before my scheduled appointment time, but the office is always packed and the wait times are always long.
Also, the doctor has twice entered the room without putting on gloves or washing his hands and directly touches my skin. It makes me feel the need to run home to wash the area after coming here.
Most staff are really nice. However, at check out today, I said hi to the representative and she ignored me for about one minute. I stood there uncomfortably, only to have her reply sharply with "your paper."
Medically speaking I was taken care of, but there is always room for improvement.
