I would give Mayfield Floral zero stars if that were an option. Based on the dozens of 5 star Yelp reviews Mayfield Floral has recently received, I ordered a "premium priced" fully decorated boxwood 24" Christmas tree for $110 dollars from Mayfield Florist. A cone shaped 10" arrangement of boxwood cuttings decorated with a few white generic mums and miniature pine cones arrived late this evening despite a 15% delivery fee, but only after I called three times to find out if and when my order was ever going to be delivered. Larger, more elaborately and fully decorated boxwood or living cedar trees are available for a third of the price at Heinen's, Giant Eagle and Walmart. Adding insult to injury, after speaking with Mayfield's owner, there is apparently no 'satisfaction guaranteed or money back" return policy at Mayfield so I am stuck with this overpriced eyesore!
