Front desk check in staff is surly and snotty and bothered by the simplest of questions about the room. How many complaints have to be made on yelp and before they hire someone who knows how to assist an owner who spent thousands on their property here?
When the first person you meet at a property clearly hates their job and dealing with people, they have no business in a customer service position. Definitely making me regret purchasing a Westgate property. Sours the whole visit.
