Here is my update. I finally made the decision to contact Ideal Image and schedule a consultation to discuss my disappointment. The woman I met with was extremely personable and was willing to listen and to take another look at me and the way my procedure was done. Unfortunately, her conclusion was that there may have been a better way to do my procedure in order to give better results. Apparently, she has researched within her organization and this has never happened to anyone else. She did agree that my initial consultation was not accurate and the person who originally did my coolsculpting no longer works there. I had 4 sessions originally done. When all is said and done the corporate office in Denver is willing to redo 2 sessions free of charge. Because my belly and love handles are a bit giggly some part of the procedure did work, they say, so they are willing to only pay for half. I am not sure that this is fair and I am awaiting a call from the regional manager in Denver who made this decision. Another follow up to come soon.
