After this review was posted- a very sweet gal named Lana reached out to me to address all of the concerns that's were posted in my review. I was refunded for two of my services and she also offered to pay half of any future lash services with them. While I appreciate the offer- I am still in the process of using lash regrowth serum since all my real lashes are badly broken. Again, Lana and her senior management handled everything very professionally and I appreciate the outreach.
