Let me say first that all of the staff are absolutely amazing in this store. (Well, except for one sales associate in the perfume area who seemed bored out of her mind and didn't bother helping with much of anything. The other associates on the floor are phenomenal.) They either hired perfectly right, or they have an amazing training program. In terms of products and environment, it's Saks--beautiful stuff, lovely environment, everything expensive. You don't go to Saks to save money. My gripe is the phone system. You can't get a human being on the phone to save your life. I tried calling all day to get the price of a perfume to no avail. If I tried getting the main switchboard, it was always busy; if I tried the select-a-number process to get to the perfume area, the phone rang countless times and no one picked up. Maybe they are still sorting that out since they're new. At any rate, I got tired of calling all day and just went online and placed my perfume order with Sephora instead.
