PLEASE PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!! I didn't move here because it was the best I could find, but for convenience. I have to so say this has been the worst apartment experience I ever had. It's other places with washer/dyers in the apartment along with up to date appliances for less then this place in this same area. I lived here for 5 months, and I hate it!!! I contantly having problems with my toilet, no hot water in the shower, they cut the water off with no notice every month for a day, my bathroom sink had duck tape on the pipes when I first moved in, my water bill is going up every month the list goes on and on. They have sent several of their people over to do the same stuff over and over again which is not fix the actually problem turn the water pressure up so it can flush or use common sense and get a plumber, but I just get the uneducated underpaid maintenence person to do the same shit over and over again. The maintenence workers are in my apartment more than me. I am about to ask them to pay half of the rent. The neighbor smokes so much that it's in my apartment, outside the door cause the bastard does not have the common courtesy just to crack open the window. I ask myself why the did I move over here from Green Valley, oh yeah I remember, because I wanted to be lazy. This place is garbage. THIS PLACE IS HELL PURE TRASH!!!!!!
