My complaint is about lousy customer service. We needed to reach something on a high wall. There didn't seem to be any employees walking past as they usually do. We walked to the front of the store to ask one of the cashiers if they could call someone to assist us. We were never acknowledged as they continued to help other people. We stood at the front desk for over five minutes. Perhaps better customer service training should be practiced. I understand the store gets busy, but having an employee acknowledge my presence would be appreciated.
