Absolutely phenomenal customer service in a very well laid out store. I would definitely recommend this shop for the shy or inexperienced wanting to know more.
I've never been treated better and given more information anywhere else. On both visits, the staff did not wait for me to come to them with my questions. They happily started a conversation with me and showed me some awesome stuff. They are not pushy or nosy.
The more intimidating items are in the back, which is great if you're a bit shy.
My partner and I bought a very vanilla massage book and took a few samples of lube and massage oil (generously offered on the house, your mileage may vary). My friend purchased a few varieties of condoms, nicely offered in a cute Chinese takeout box. It was kind of like a buffet of rubbers.
I didn't find the prices too steep for what was offered. If you're used to drug store stuff, then yeah I could see that claim. But the prices for each product were on par with other stores and online.
I love the information brochures arranged around the place. Yes, I would love to learn more about spanking, haha! I am looking forward to attending at least one workshop but I'm a little shy :)
