Been here a few times now. First time I thought the automatic wash ripped me off. I called a number on the door and the guy (Dave, maybe?) said he would refund my money. Went back that afternoon and got my money and he put me through the wash for free which was cool but then I was embarrassed to learn that it was actually MY fault the wash never worked because I didn't put my tire in the right spot. Oops. (Sheepish). Good thing I never yelled at the guy. We had a good laugh. Good customer service at a "self service" place is rare. I'll definitely be back.
