Where to begin? Our group had 5 rooms with wildly different prices. While the lobby has bee n updated, rooms are old, carpet dirty, and towels old and scratchy. I discovered cleaning supplies in my bathtub the first night, a blood stain on the carpet, and a friend found blood in her tub. The food appeared to be microwaved, and during breakfast at 8 AM, a worker mopped right by us with very smelly floor cleaner. Really? All this for $265? Pity the poor parents who can barely afford to send their kid to ASU who would think this a lovely place to stay. PASS!
