When I pulled up, 3 cars were leaving, looking clean, and I noticed one guy doing all the work. The woman greeted me and explained their process of an exterior and interior wash. I asked her if he was here alone, he was! I tipped him right away, cause geez it's 100,000 degrees outside and he's working his tail off. Onward, first time here and first time having a car of mine detailed and hand washed...so needless to say, I was anxious! I mean my baby, "Newbie" is...new and mine lol. So I watched dang near the entire time. When the young black guy first pulled my car out, it looked like he was struggling a bit. He hollered out, "I figured out the problem, the brake was up!" I wanted to snatch my car back asap *shaking my head*. Plus, their car compartments are so slender, I knew for sure my car wouldn't fit in the washing area. I know, I was tripping. But after checking on the process continously, the guy was on point. After about an hour, *remember, he was by himself*, my car looks flawless. Wheels, the shiniest I've ever seen them. My interior was glowing. Windows super clear. I took a star off because of the lack of manpower and the wait could have been cut in half. I'll come back!
