Absolute worst customer service! They simply do not care! They told me they would repair a zipper and stitch the inside of my bag and it would be finished the following week on Thursday. The person actually went in the back with my bag and described what needed to be done to the person that actually does the repairs, and he said he could do it. I go to pick it up a week later and first they can't find it, even with the claim ticket. Then they find it after I described what it looks like. Nothing has been repaired! He just tells me he can't do it and hands it back to me! No phone call, no sorry you wasted your time driving 45 minutes each direction, even though we said we could fix it! So frustrating to deal with a business like this!
