I ordered the fried pickles and crabbie dip to go. I rarely order fried food. I was please until I saw the amount of grease that was in the bottom of the box! OMG! I thought I would give them some feedback. Well, to my surprise, the guy who I spoke to was nonchalant and said that's what happens and there isn't anything they could do about it. WTHay! I didn't call for a refund; just feedback... Basically, he really didn't care about what I thought, so I don't care about ever going back to Bean Vegan Cuisine! As far as I am concerned, if the general attitude is that this is how they do things; take it or leave it; it's not worth me trying anything else on the menu! #poor_customer_experience #not_worth_2nd_visit #turned_off
