I have been a realtor for 12 years here in the valley and KENT is the best inspector.....my clients love him and very reasonable! Doesn't miss a beat and has even saved my clients some money, that's what comes with experience....He somehow always manages to squeeze us in at the last minute even came after 5 o'clock because my clients asked to be there for the inspection. Then he went over the whole 20 pages with them. Really goes the extra mile and makes the process so simple.
