3 stars for the Starbucks staff member training a new employee. In no uncertain terms, and loud enough for all the cafe to hear, the staff member placed very heavy emphasis on details, details, DETAILS! When every other staff member, including her, most likely fails miserably at providing even okay service.
5 stars for the quiet, clean location and great inventory. Additional plus for the AC in the aisle as it blew icy air during a very hot day.
