When I heard about the concept of Wicked Spoon's small plate buffet, I was excited. How many times have you been to a buffet only to be disappointed by the poor quality of 85% of the dishes there? Wicked Spoon seemed like it had the potential to not fall into the quantity of quality trap with its unique concept. They did have bone marrow there, which was kind of cool. Unfortunately, it ended up just being like almost every other Vegas buffet, just with nice plating.
Almost everything sounds really good until you actually eat it. I was saddened that I wasted my calories on this place.
If you really have to buffet in Las Vegas, go off strip and go to Texas de Brazil, where EVERYTHING is delicious and quality.
