Sundance Dental Group is my new dental office. I went in as a new patient as I recently moved to the Buckeye area and needed a new dentist close to home. I went in and notices how nice the lobby area was, it was clean and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. I was greeted promtply. I arrived about 30 minutes early as the office is on on way home right off the highway and they actually got me in and took me back quickly. I only waited for a few minutes and was greeted by staff throughout the process letting me know that I would be helped shortly. The Dr. came in, My Dr was Dr. Don Parker. He was very friendly and came in and sat for a minute to get to know me. I was quickly taken back for xrays after that. I was expecting to just get xrays done and wanted a cleaning as well but in the past i have always had to go back another day to get a cleaning. They then told me that they would be doing my cleaning today. I was very happy that I could get everything done all in one visit. Dr. Don parker was vere thourough and informed me of everything that was going on and kept me up to date. I have already recommended them to friends and family in the area that Sundance is the place to go!
As for the negative comments that were posted before, I would feel are unhelpful and untrue as I am very observant and heard all that went on in the office and every patient seemed to be getting the best possible care that the office can provide. I explained that I was on a budget to the office and the dentist and they are very helpful and willing to work with you depending on your financial situations.
