Pros:
- Great coffee
- Chill atmosphere
Cons:
has a bit of a cheap feel. Allow me to explain:
-The light in the washroom was off and there was tape over the switch. I really did not appreciate washing my hands in the dark. Please fix the facility before re-opening as I think a dark washroom is pretty unacceptable.
- Also, they have a loyalty card which used to be decent but has been altered to include a division into two sections: specialty coffees and regular. That way when you get a "free" beverage after purchasing ten, it cannot be a specialty coffee, I.e espresso-based, if you haven't been getting stamps for the more expensive drinks. So strange. Also the owner refused to honour an older version I had which seemed very stingy and unprofessional. This was a couple of years ago and after a recent visit this weekend, I remembered they do make very good espresso-based drinks. It just seems every time I'm there there is something that gives the place a cheap feeling.
They do make a mean coffee though, so on the very rare occasion, I continue to visit.
