This place is ridiculous, do not move here especially if you have a car. They expect you to go on a wait on their stupid unorganized waiting list for any parking spot. You can't even park in the lot outside of the garage without a parking pass. The lot that was once guest parking and free for anyone to park is now resident parking that you hate to pay $10 a month to park outside and the lot is NEVER even full, it's always half empty and plenty of spots even late at night. We've contacted the people in the leasing office many times asking when we'll get our 2nd parking pass and they're never straight forward about when we'll even get it, it's always something different. My boyfriend had no other choice but to park in that lot last night because there was no more parking on the street where they expect you to park if you don't have a pass and his car ended up getting towed. Bottom line is, save yourself the trouble and don't move here. The parking issue has been a huge headache and I can't wait to get out of this dump. I will never rent from a Mark Taylor community EVER again.
