I have been a patient of Dr. Black's for over 2 years, and I appreciate the the service I receive from him and his office staff. My prescription is difficult and finding the right contact lenses can be quite a chore, but this office is always extremely patient with me. They allow me to try any and all of the lenses that might work for me, and sometimes that requires 4-6 weeks of trial and error before I find the right ones. Kat and Josiah at the front desk are the most professional, helpful, and kind office staff I have experienced at any doctors office in recent times. They always know what my vision benefits are before I arrive for my appointment, so there is never any confusion about what I will be paying for my visits and contact lenses. Also, they make sure to find any rebates that will apply to help save me money. I highly recommend this office.
