I would be shocked to see any Car dealership have an overall rating with 5 stars because of the industry in general. I've read some of the lower star ratings and they just don't seem to be fair. I mean really, One guy was mad because his battery wasn't covered under warranty...In Phoenix, really? Really? Get ready to replace your battery every 18 months. That's just the way it is here.
Onto my review. We have now bought Honda numbers 3 and 4 (on the same day). The process was smooth as smooth could be. I took the approach of "give me your best price and I'll either walk or buy". I made it perfectly clear that we were well qualified and I didn't want them to waste my time. I told them not to insult me be coming back with a different price if I get up and walk. I'm a no-nonsense type of person. We had already done our homework and knew what to pay. Much to my surprise, they came in lower than I expected. I bought the Odyssey and a CRV and couldn't be happier.
