For the most part these apartments are great! My husband and I moved in to save money for a house with our two girls. The office staff is very helpful and do what they can to fix any issues. The reason why I don't give the property 5 stars is because, first, it's extremely inconvenient to get in and out of. If you're heading south on power then you have to make a U-turn to get in and if you have to turn left out of the property then you must first turn right and then go quite a ways down to make a U-turn. Second the pool is pretty small and can get crowded and there's no hot tub. Third, we live back by the serenity garden which is beautiful and quiet but the pond produces mosquitoes and my apartment is filled with them and has been for about 3 months straight. My girls get eaten alive and I've tried several things and spent hundreds of dollars to keep them out but nothing works!! The things I like about living here is that it's a non smoking property which was extremely important to me! The insides of the apartments are clean and new and I feel safe here. They just locked the gates and have security cameras so it's nice to know that it would be harder for anyone to cause trouble. I also like the fitness center and the club house. It's a good stopping point for us and for the most part we are happy to be here!
