This is the worst carpet cleaning service ever. I have a new puppy and wanted a basic carpet cleaning until she is a bit older and will have no accidents. I decided to try this company for their $59.00 4 room special! what a joke. The guy told me to get my carpets cleaned it would be over $360.00. I explained to them exactly what I wanted on the phone and when he got to my house. He called his "supervisor" and they kept going down a few bucks and they were giving me a deal because my carpets would not get cleaned without all these extras. I finally got upset and said I wanted the $59.00 coupon price and they were extremely rude to me and he finally did the carpet in about15 minutes and it is worse now because I am sure he just used water and got out of my house. Please stay away from this company!
