It seem to me, going to Chima once a year have become a tradition with the Eternal Crossfit boys. Yesterday was that time of the year again... a friend big dirty 30. A group of us, 12 to be exact join together to cheered on our friend. As for me, I dreaded to think I won't eat my money worth tagged along. I was in charge of making the reservation and the cake. The boys anxiously waiting to eat so much meat that they will look pregnant and get the meat sweat right before we leave.. Everything was easy. From setting up the reservation to getting seated, to giving them our grand cake presented. The wait staffs (about 4 assigned) to our table seem to be a bit overwhelmed. Seem like they are also in charged of 3 other large groups whose also there for birthday celebrations! So it took a bit longer to get our drinks, clean plates to just getting to go boxes. At times it took so long that our drinks and box orders was crossed over to 2/3 waiters! Don't get me wrong. Once they have time to be tentative to us. They were on point. I just feel like they were overwhelmed given the among of large parties and the amount of people in each parties!!
As for the food, the meats as usual was good. Fish and seafood was harder to come by.. other than that.. The boys are very happy!
