While their service was fine, nothing exceptional, I was really turned off by their patient retention tactics. They sent me an email asking me to confirm an appointment that they had apparently scheduled me in for at my last visit. When I questioned this, as I hadn't scheduled an appointment - and I wouldn't have scheduled that time/date in any case - they told me it was just a 'pre-reminder' email to encourage me to book another appointment, despite the email's very clear wording saying I had already committed to a follow up appointment. I found that wording really unsatisfactory, I felt like I was supposed to assume that I had already committed to something I hadn't, and their follow up emails really didn't acknowledge that this was a concern at all - I won't be returning because it doesn't gel with my expectations for a healthcare provider.
