Great location, new complex and nice to get a decent rate for the first year. Unfortunately, not much else has been positive. Management initially preached about a dog park (hard to call it that), dog wash (still nonexistent), heated pool (not heated), and a secure premise (open to anyone to exit / enter - bike was stolen despite being under 3 cameras & police mentioned another report of an individual coming off the street and into someone's home and robbing them). Not a big fan of the quality of the inputs into the apartments as it is quite cheap (sinks, appliances, flooring). Finally, parking stalls were screwed up at some point along the way because they are way too tight and people are careless and will hit your vehicle with their doors.
Disappointed in how things have worked out as we were hoping to stay for an extended period. Had management addressed our concern about the theft that was caused by a lack of security, we likely would not be writing this review. However, it's not worth the risk / inconvenience in our opinion and will consider relocating after our lease expires.
