Poor experience... When I moved to Charlotte this was the most convenient office for us. They don't do a new patient checkup and a cleaning on the same appointment, requiring separate scheduling and visits. This is really bad as you have to take two time off from work and of course they double charge your insurance. I have reported them. The doctors and the offices are okay, I have been to better ones. Well, if you are looking for a new dentist, look elsewhere.
