Customer service was a bit lacking there tonight. I asked a lady in the front where I could go to get a key copied and her response made me feel like I was truly bothering her.
Once I finally found the key copying area I stood there for about 15 minutes before I was able to spot a worker a couple of aisles down. I kindly asked if he could help me if he had a moment and he said he would be right there. Another 10 minutes later I found another employee and asked if he was able to help me. Thankfully he was able to copy my key quickly. No where did I see the first guy again.....thanks for the help...-_-
