I lived in the Camelitas for almost 3 years and absolutely loved it! The units themselves are completely updated with a great open concept, lots of natural light and updated flooring, cabinetry and appliances. Best of all the neighborhood is quiet but you are walking/biking distance to so many great restaurants, bars & coffee shops. To make it even better Tom & Shannon from Little Moe Property Management LLC were amazing landlords. They are quick to respond, kept the grounds and public space clean and were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. If I hadn't moved out of AZ I would have stayed until I was ready to buy my own home. If you are looking to live in the Arcadia neighborhood I highly recommend living here.
