I used this pharmacy a couple of times and made it clear to them I did not want to be contacted with their automated reminders when my prescription was ready. I walk by daily and I would check back in 24 hours. 3 hours later I got an automated message saying I had a prescription to pick up. After asking them not to call me, they called me. Then around 25 days later I got another automated call reminding me I need a refill. When I went in to ask them to refill my prescription, I spoke with the pharmacist about their attention to detail in little things let alone filling the prescription, she assured me I would not get called again, but I did. When I picked up my bottle of pills the next day the pharmacy area looked like complete and utter chaos. There appeared to be no order or process. They asked my name several times, how to spell it twice, rummaging through bags and bottles. After offering me 2 bags that were not mine, they finally found my package but when the cashier looked in the bag it wasn't correct. Wrong pills in my bag, looking at the work area I wasn't surprised. After a while they found my order. Now I use Shoppers and love it.
