I called to inquire as to if I needed an appt and was told to just come in. Upon arrival I was "greeted" by Kendra who told me they had one man waiting and one person ahead of us in the online check in (which no one had told me about when I called), and that it'd be a 15 min wait. I was there for my 2 year old daughter's hair cut and unlike most toddlers she is very patient and we'll behaved. We waited for 40 min before I asked Kendra about why we kept getting passed up and her response was simply "I can't keep up with everything and I didn't promise it'd be 15 min. I'm sorry." I left in a huff because my daughter had waited patiently and kept asking if it was her turn yet. She was clearly being passed over because of her age and her inability to tip. When I called to get the store # and manager info Kendra informed me That SHE was the manager, and in a petulant manner. She blamed the Super cute master system and how it keeps track of the appointments and refused to accept accountability for ignoring the human customers in her lobby over what a faulty system was telling her. Needless to say our business isn't valued here and we will not be back.
