The actual experience was better than expected. And I expected a lot what with all the stories of endless meat. The little rolls made of Yucca flour and cheese (I don't know what they are called) were incredibly tasty. They are light yet somehow very satisfying. There were too many cuts of meat to count, all of which were prepared very well in different temperatures so you can have your preference. One of my favorites was the garlic beef.
Service and atmosphere were both excellent. All the servers and "meat-men" were extremely friendly and well-polished.
