This review is STRICTLY based on the reception staff and appointment takers.
The 3rd time now that I have made an appointment and shown up for them to tell me they don't have me booked.
It's aggravating, not professional, and a complete waste of my time.
It's very disorganized, and even when the appointment is at 11am you don't get seen until 11:30 sometimes.
A simple sorry, doesn't cut it every time. This is Las Vegas, and there are so many offices that offer these same services ;)
