Horrible experience tonight and supposedly I was speaking with the GM!! He was screaming at me in front of customers and his staff and setting a horrible example. I asked for two dips and he thought I wanted one, I offered to pay for the other dip but he decided to scream and yell instead. No customer service and he set a bad example for other employees as they will think it's okay to yell at customers. I will go out of my way to go to another little Caesars instead of this one and on top of that my pizza was cold and hard as a rock!!! Never again!!
