Here's the thing: I like the food, and the prices aren't bad (Rice is outrageously priced as usual, but whatever..). However, their delivery service needs some work. According to Google maps, this place is a 12 minute drive from my home. Every time I call for delivery though, they tell me an hour, and often take an hour and a half, sometimes even longer. I realize that I'm not the only one they're delivering to, and it takes time to make the food, but still... Also, I ordered tonight, and was missing one of the items we ordered, but were charged for. Since one of us was only eating two items, and the missing item was one of the two, it kind of ruined dinner for them. Granted, they ran the item out to us within 20 minutes, but everyone else had finished eating at this point, so it's not really that useful. Note to BG - hopefully you will see this review and take note: When you're delivering take out, you can NOT miss items. You need to be more careful. Hopefully, this is just a one time thing, because I really do like your food. Overall, I like this place and I would recommend them, but you may want to consider picking it up instead of ordering in.
