I will never come here again! I made reservations online two months ago then called to confirm a month ago and double checked if it was ok to rent using my debit/MasterCard bc I don't use credit cards and don't want to. Well when I went to get my rental today the service was ride and they were super slow. 3 of the workers were talking and ignoring the customers when 3 of us were standing there! Finally when I was waited on they went to take my cats and stayed they couldn't use it! Told me I couldn't rent a car from then unless I used a credit card or had someone else come in and let me use there card! I explained to the lady about me calling in and they didn't care and were ignorant! I offers to pay cash which I knew wouldn't fly but they still didn't care. I never will be coming here again! Thank god I only wanted the rental so I didn't put miles on my car for vacation or my vacation would of been ruined so I took The money I would use on the rental to get an oil change and driving my self!
