This store is right by my work, so I've gone in a couple of times. It's excellent if you're just browsing for something to catch your eye, but finding anything specific is damn near out of the question. With the oddly divided fiction sections, I couldn't find books by a certain author because I wasn't sure which fiction faction I was supposed to be looking in or if they had those books at all. There was another book I wanted, but I had remembered the title but forgotten the author. The friendly man at the front desk suggested I ask the people in the back of the store that were in charge of incoming stock...they were less friendly.
This place is simply too big to not have some sort of interactive inventory system.
