Finally, I find a place with croissant breakfast sandwiches! For breakfast today, I drove a half hour to get a heart beat juice with: beet, orange, ginger, parsley and carrot. The juice was well balanced, cold pressed, unpasteurized and raw-although I didn't see an organic label. The breakfast sandwiches are create your own- I chose croissant, egg, sausage, roasted red pepper, onion, cheddar and spinach. The croissant was buttery, warm and flakey. I was very impressed with the quality, service and atmosphere. I'll be back!
