I had my male kitten neutered here this past week, and the surgery itself went really well, and the prices are fair. The staff was super friendly and the Veterinarian came out and spoke to everyone about the process. The Check-in and Check-out system is the best it can be for the amount of animals coming in and out, but I waited around an hour each time. My only complaint is that when I picked up my kitten, he was covered in his urine, and so was his carrier. I'm assuming he had been left like this for a while since his fur was matted, and the second I got him, you could smell the urine coming from his carrier. I wish the staff could've brought him to a litter box or even just wiped him down when they realized he had peed, so he wouldn't just be sitting in it until I came to get him. It makes me wonder how else he was treated, I think you get what you pay for.
