I recently purchased a Groupon to register for the Las Vegas Ultimate Wine Run. However, when I tried to register, the Groupon code was not accepted. In the last week, I have emailed the Ultimate Wine Run people 4 times to request assistance with registering for the event and using my codes. They have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them. Groupon, on the other hand, has been in near daily correspondence with me, has tried to reach out to the Ultimate Wine Run people on my behalf and are offering support. The Ultimate Wine Run people clearly do not care about their participants, the events, or their reputation. I have received multiple auto-generated emails asking me to complete my registration, but absolutely no response to my request for assistance to actually complete the process. This is a total joke and I would not recommend that anyone put them through this farce of a registration process. Save your money and participate in a legitimate run instead.
