I don't have the time to explain all of the reasons to not move here, but just DON'T. Trust me, definitely do not move here. When you move in everything looks nice, but things fall apart very quickly. In 4 years we had both bathtub surroundings come down, a broken washer that flooded the kitchen and the carpeting, that carpeting having exposed nails and was never replaced, multiple mice, a broken dishwasher, when we were on vacation something was leaking and the entire linen closet was mold, everything had to be tossed (they didn't replace any items)... this is just the physical list... management is horrible and has been shuffled so many times, i think 4 different ones in 4 years. Just saying, your leasing manager shouldn't play beer pong with you in the clubhouse and flirt with female residents, I think professionally this is frowned upon. When we finally moved out (we couldn't before do to financial and life circumstances), the management screwed us over and kept our security deposit. So there you have it.
