This store has a GREAT selection of dresses. The staff in the store are very nice and helpful. I found my dress here, which was very exciting. The prices are reasonable too. I tried on dresses in the range of $900-$2200.
My only issue mostly is surrounded by the fact that I live out of town. After I had alterations done at the store, no one called me when they were completed. When I called, they informed me that it had been ready for weeks. I paid to have it shipped to me (in Texas), which was very quick. I did need more alterations to the dress, which they volunteered to reimburse me for. However, I still have not received the check over 1 month later. It's just a little frustrating to have additional stress added to the wedding planning/preparing process. If you live in the Charlotte area and are able to go to the store for multiple fittings, this should not be an issue, but if not, you may want to consider buying a dress closer to where you live.
