While the majority of the reviews here are generally positive and describe a great wash, there are some things that i'd like to share myself.
The interior wash was nice and clean. I'm not someone to look through every knick and cranny of every spot of my car, but I did wish that they would have at least wiped down the back area (behind the back seats, where the back window is located.) because it was left nearly untouched and dust was present. Carpets were clean and they did a great job. Additionally, the front window was wiped down as if someone just went over it one time- there are plenty of streaks left on my front which sort of sucks.
The exterior wash was superb. They did a great job on cleaning the outside of my car and there were little to no dirt marks that i could identify by a glimpse.
Their pricing, however, was bumped a little high. They considered my Honda Civic a full-sized sedan (lol) whereas my car doesn't come close to it. More of a mid-sized sedan at most. I also feel as though they unnecessarily charged me for bug removal...? not sure. I didn't see nearly any sort of splatter or bugs remains on the front of my vehicle, so it was sort of unusual.
Overall, nice job on the wash (other than the few exceptions listed).
