Welp, there is a reason they have nothing but five star ratings. My wife had called two other places this morning, one said to call GE (we've been there done that, and it was the worst!) and another didn't have an appointment until next week. Popped on to yelp and called Valleywide at about 10:00 as our freezer was no longer... well freezing. They had an appointment available tomorrow but the woman who answered the phone recognized that our items would go bad, so said she would try to squeeze me in today. Called me back not 2 minutes later and said Anthony would be over as soon as he finished his current job.
He arrived about an hour later and figured out what was wrong in about 20 minutes (we have a stupid fridge that is high tech and needed a board replaced). He found the part locally instead of waiting a week for it to be ordered, replaced it, and we were back in business and I'm writing this review by 2:00 the same day!
Fast, friendly, extremely price conscious, and most importantly fixed our issue without a hassle.
