Our A/C stopping working on one of the hottest days of the year so far. I called Yes! for an appointment. They couldn't come out for 24 hours, but I understand that they were swamped with business in this heat.
They called and were able to make the appointment a litter earlier than quoted. Jesse showed up on time, a little early even, and was very polite. Took him about 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong. He had the part on the truck and had our unit up and running in less than 30 minutes. The price was fair for the work done.
