Walked in, very Rudely asked if I had an appointment, I didn't (I was signing in my name on the waiting list which you do in any other salon)
She yells at me not write my name on the list, telling me she has no open times. I understand that you are busy, but don't be rude to a customer.
She didn't recommend a time to come back and get our nails done, she didn't say have a great day, which is not mandatory but I mean if you want to have business...you would try right?
